The RootX guarantee
RootX is guaranteed to keep 8-inch and larger municipal sewer lines free from blockages caused by live root growth for 24 months after application. For smaller 4- to 6-inch service laterals, the guarantee is 12 months. If a blockage occurs due to live roots during the guarantee period, RootX will replace the amount of product used to treat the mainline or service lateral at no charge. This warranty covers the RootX product only and will not compensate for service time or labor.This guarantee applies only to pipeline blockages caused by live roots. It does not apply to blockages caused by grease or other foreign matter; flat, collapsed or deformed pipe; sewer stoppages; or blockages downstream from the treated section.
