Ted has worked in technical content development for more than 25 years. He owned and operated a company for more than 20 years that managed international technical communication projects for many technology clients including HP, Tektronix, Intel, Sharp, Canon, and Fluke. Ted has a bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Oregon State University.
Ted joined the Sanda Communications team in 2004 to manage Sanda's network of technical communicators and produce scores of user manuals and web-based support materials for technical products. He is helping Sanda's clients realize the benefits of an integrated approach to developing technical documentation and marketing communications.
